I have been charged twice for several years for the same subscription:
1. NEST LABS PALO ALTO CA
2.Google Nest CA
It's for the same service, for the same amount.
Even on the subscription page, it says at the same time that no subscription is active, and also there is a subscription active. And when I try to cancel, it just gives me an error message.
How can I fix this without having to dispute the charge?
