Charged twice

I have a google one  account and I pay a monthly subscription, Today I had another charge for a yearly subscription to Nest, my nest account has been migrated to Google and this charge does not show up. If I try to cancel subscription then it also tries to cancel my google one subscriptions.

I have a very similar issue. Google charged me twice for the same product, under the same account. I can't find customer service anywhere. This company has terrible customer service.

Ironically a quick google search of " how to phone google" resulted in some numbers.

I have the same problem. Charged twice for "Nest" after migrating to Google. Can't access any payment history in the old Nest account and there is no payment history for Nest in Google account. Nowhere to contact customer service. IS ANYBODY OUT THERE????? GOOGLE?? NEST??

 

I did see an email from Google that said they would do this but refund the money pro-rata in May, I shall wait and see.
