How can I contact a real person and not keep getting sent to this forum ? I’m so tired of try to find a phone number to talk to someone!!

You can try the "Contact Us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription"

When you get to the "Resources" page, do NOT click any of the listed links or it will bring up a Help topic. Just click "Next step" to get to the contact options page.

I had no luck with getting this resolved so I was able to cancel my subscription and a few days later I got a partial refund and I’m ok with that even if it’s not a total refund just became to much effort and time to go forward with trying to get it resolved. Thanks for the information I got from this forum.
