Downloading past nest camera video footage

How can I access video footage to download from 3rd to 10th January.  When I scroll the video footage back it only goes back to 12th January however it says I can view 60 days back?  I would really love to get this as my Mum has died and 3-10th was her last week .

If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription, you get "up to 10 days of continuous 24/7 video history, up to 60 days of event video history clips". (So, beyond 30 days, you only have access to "events" captured by your camera(s).

With a Nest Aware subscription, you get 30 days of "events-only recording".

Also, your history starts with when you got your Nest Aware subscription.
