Hello,
Nest aware subscription has charged me twice this year, one on September and the second one in November. I would like to ask for a refund for the duplicate payment. Thanks!

You could try contacting Support (below). Some customers who've switched from a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription to a 2nd gen Nest Aware subscription have reported in this forum that they've lost access to the 1st gen subscription and therefore cannot cancel it.
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I don't think Google Nest has a Support phone number. I haven't seen a valid Support phone number in our 5 years as a Google Nest customer.

I have the identical problem, and can't get anyone to address this. Have you had any luck?
