Unable to respind to mails from goigle, camera not recording & even if it is unable to see all as phone is played with. Is there any online location to see camera history? And still unable to get in touch w eugene

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, and I would love to help you out. There is a Nest web app available, if you have older cameras, but there are plans for a Google home web app which we just unveiled. Besides that, you will need to use the mobile apps.
