I followed the prompts in the app to Nest Aware Plus (the promises to "save money" finally got me). The result? A new "home" instance with none of my cameras attached. Google's help team charged me twice while trying to correct it and won't refund. Anyone else experience this? After hours with the "help" team and them shrugging and refusing to refund the incorrect double charge I'm hoping someone else has better luck.
