I have seen messages to migrate my current service to Nest Aware (I’ve been on a nest subscription plan for a few years). Every time I have tried, it errors and assuming I haven’t been migrated.
The message has said I will lose connectivity if I don’t migrate. Can anyone advise what I should do?

Are you using a Google account or another email domain?
