We have been trying for two years to cancel nest ware! Last year we spoke to Rose, was given a case # 7-1039000035715, and was told we were canceled. We just received the renewal for this upcoming year of $230!!
We were on the phone, computer, sent 11 emails; days, hours were spent and we are now being told of another annual fee!
It's time for an attorney!!

I will be watching and waiting for a response from you.
In addition, I am in the process of communicating with our Bank in order to stop any further payments. Our attorney, Alex Smith, is also being made aware of these actions. I feel that there is most likely a great deal of people who have/are experiencing they same ridiculous scenario. A class action compensation filing is a likely possibility.
While I do appreciate your willingness to assist in this matter, we have been extremely inconvenienced by the nest aware/google program. I am hopeful that this can be resolved, as we were informed it had been last year.
