Google Nest Hub not able to playback

I can see my Nest Hub Max records motion when I’m away as it should but I can’t get the video to play back. I only get a still pic. Also, it is not showing up in Google Assist history. Only in the history I see when I clicked on the camera itself.

Hi Timjen63,

Do you have a Nest Aware subscription?

Without a subscription you will only receive notification snapshots from the last 3hrs.

I just now attached Nest to Google and will see if that fixes the problem.
