Help lower my GB use by my 3 cameras

• My GB's are running out before my purchased monthly allotment for the last 2 months after having the cameras operating for over a year.  There's no change in GB demand otherwise. 

How do I lower the amount of GB'S used by Nest Cameras?

Lower the quality of the video feed in the nest app, this will lower the bitrate of the video file and use less bandwidth, but will lower video quality as well.
