I jut signed up for Nest Awa Plus and the video playback is terrible. Completely staggered. My WIFI connection is very strong.
I'd think with all the resources Google has this would be top notch.

I’m not happy about the long delay in seeing video playback history!! Someone came on our porch hours ago and stole from us - I can see it in the thumbprint of history but when I click to view, it says it’s not available right now. If I’m lucky, it will eventually show up in a few hours.

I don't understand with all the resources and money google has thier smart home issues are more than a few. Don't they know that the smartn home area is only growing.
