How do I redeem Free Complimentary Camera Promo Offer for Annual Subscription?

Hi,
I currently have a Google Nest Doorbell camera, and I recently received an email from Google offering a promotion, stating the following:

Sign up for an annual plan of Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus on Google Store today to get the latest indoor Nest Cam on us.

Offer ends 11/10/2024

I signed up on the google store, paid the annual fee, now my email shows the subscription and I received the email confirmation and receipt. But it does not show anywhere on the receipt or the checkout, when, where and how I would redeem the complimentary camera? I'm not sure how to contact Google directly for more info so If anyone has seen this promo that ends tomorrow, any info on how to redeem it? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I had gotten the same email and signed up for the nest aware subscrition annually and same as you nothing about the free indoor camera, I'm trying to contact Google but they only have certain option, very frustrating. If I come up with anything I'll let you know but I think this was a Google scam

Jeremy - I just sent in a form about this, same issue where I signed up for Nest Aware during the promotion, but have not received any confirmation about a camera being sent.

Hi - I still have had no real follow-up on this from Google - please put me in touch with the proper people to correct this ASAP.

Same issue here. I haven't received my camera offer either from the November offer. I have contacted Google multiple times. This false advertising must be part of Google shady practices.
