I can't change my payment method

I was billed for my yearly Nest subscription on a credit card I no longer want to use.  But I cannot find that credit card to delete it.  I see that others have had the same problem, but no one seems to have been able to resolve this issue.

  • Where did you purchase your subscription (e.g., Google Store, Play Store, Nest Store)?
  • When was your last charge, and for what amount?
