I have active Nest Aware Plus - with NO Video History???

My Nest has zero camera history despite me starting my subscription days ago. I'm using the web browser on Chrome.
 
Anyone know how to fix this? Something happened a few days ago that I'd really like to get footage of and for some reason it looks like I have no event history. Is there a setting I need to switch on?
