I’ve been trying for two years to cancel that subscription . I thought I did it but I received again another email telling me it will auto renew. I tried everything;
the app
the multi stores entry points
I see the charges but the subscription pages either had all my other Google subscriptions but not that one, or nothing it tells me my subscription but no place to cancel or select
i tried to chat or ask for them to call back and same, it’s a dead end
i ended up blocking them on my credit card, but I’m afraid they will use other cards since I need the other products
it is infuriating with no way to get this resolved

I finally was able to get someone on support chat, who directed me to the Nest support center, they told me they had to do it on their end. Probably because i had an old subscription. So if that happens to you, insist to reach them by chat.
