BEWARE- Look at what google requires if you ever change plans
!- NO WAY TO SIMPLY UPGRADE PLANS
2- IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET TO A LIVE PERSON AT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY READ OFF A SHEET AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HELP YOU.
3- THIS IS THE BEST YET ------- YOU MUST LET YOUR SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRE BEFORE YOU CAN CHANGE PLANS OR THEY ASK YOU TO CANCEL FIRST THEN UPGRADE BY STARTING ALL OVER. ( THIS MAKES YOU LOSE ALL RECORDED VIDEOS AND CAMERA SETTINGS).
THIS IS PRIMITIVE AND NOT WHAT ONE WOULD EXPECT FROM THE MASSIVE TECH GIANT GOOGLE...
IMAGINE EVERYTIME YOU WANT TO CHANGE CELL PHONE PLANS HAVING TO WAIT UNTIL YOU SERVICE GETS CUT OFF THEN LOOSING YOUR NUMBER JUST TO CHANGE PANS.
OR IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIMITS ON YOUR AUTO OR HOME AND HAVE TO LET YOUR POLICY LAPS FIRST BEFORE YOU CAN MAKE ANY CHANGES.
REALLY GOOGLE ....WAKE UP YOUR BINNING SYSTEM IS FROM THE 80'S AND TOTALLY SUCKS. FIX IT.
