I got an email a few weeks ago saying Google has new Nest subscription plans, and if I switch to this new upgraded plan (that basically is just a price increase), that instead of a year being $100, it'll be $40 for the first year. Sounds great right? So in order to switch, I have to cancel my existing Nest plan that I was only paying $80/year for. I cancelled the nest plan, received a prorated refund and signed up for the new promo plan. It charged me $100 instead of $40. I just cancelled it because I'm not paying $100 for this nonsense.
No one at Google can help. No one understands what my problem is. Anyone have any tips?
