Lisa Cook fraud

Hello, my name is Lisa Cook

Money has been taken out of my checking account in March 2022 and March 8 2023. I am not interested in this subscription. Please cancel this service and stop taking money out of my account.  My card number ends in *Removed last digits of card number for user safety* I need a refund for 120.00 for both years you have billed my account and my husband's account for the same service. 

We have got doubled charged in March 2022 his google account information is # this is fraud please refund my money.

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but I would suggest editing your post and removing your name. Google Nest Support does not contact customers based on posts in this community forum

You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below. They say you "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
