I migrated over a month ago from Nest Labs. A day later Nest Labs charged me one year subscription. 279..00. My Nest Aware free month is over and now I have been charged one year from Nest Aware 120.00. I didn't receive the month free due to the Labs charges and no one will return my numerous emails when I ask about refund from my old account from Nest Labs still owed to me of 279.00. Is there a real person phone number I can call?

This Google Nest Help page has a "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" that says "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription." We haven't had to use it, but it has contact options; depending on the time you might be able to get a phone call.
