I am having a bit of an issue. I just signed up to the Nest Aware, but I can't connect the camera. The privacy button is not on, I have restarted and reinstalled the Hub Max, but I'm still having the same issue.
Every time I go into the app and turn on the camera, once I leave the menu it turns it off again. We never used the camera and we have the hub for a couple of years now.
Any tips are greatly appreciated!
