My account was recently charged from Palo Alto, Ontario CA for $5 and I have already been charged with my regular monthly payment. I need to get this resolved by speaking to someone (which is not possible by phone or chat) 🙄 can someone let me know if this has happened to them what they had to do to get this resolved

You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below for phone or chat options to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
