Need to cancel my Nest 1st Gen 5-day video subscription.

I need to cancel my Nest Awar 5-day video history subscription.  I am able to see my subscription in the Nest Store website.  And it gives me the option to cancel my subscription.  But when I select that option,  I get an error message saying:  "An unknown error occurred.  Please try again or contact support for help."   

Can someone please help or is there a number I can call to cancel my subscription?

I just tried canceling my subscription again,  and this time it went through successfully.   I guess it just happened to be a temporary bug at the time.

I have had the same issue. It keeps giving me error.  I have called and left messages with Nest Aware, no response. I am disputing the credit charge.

 

How many times did you try cancelling? I am up to 5 times now.....

After canceling failed a few times, I posted this question about it.  And then within that same night, I tried it one more time and it said I successfully canceled.

I have tried to no avail.

It says migration in progress try again.

 

I went ahead and disputed my subscription fee as this is simply ridiculous for at IT company

I have done that.

I filled out form and it loops me back to subscription page. I have called 3 x and left messages. No response.

 

I have disputed the credit card charge because the service is so ridiculously complicated and ineffective. I am on at least the 5th hour of trying to resolve this issue
