I migrated my account to Google. I had paid $200 on August 18th for a Nest Aware subscription. I signed up for Nest Aware Plus for $150. When can I expect a refund for the original subscription?

Hi, I cancelled the new subscription and will sign up again when my old one expires. I tried to speak with a live person to no avail. Their customer service is non existent! So I don't think I would be a good candidate for any lawsuit since I won't be using the new service for awhile. Good luck!

Do you automatically receive your money back from your older account? I just finished migrating mine and was expecting an email or some notice that I would be receiving a refund, but nothing,, just the bill for the new google account. I paid for 5 cameras for another 6 months on my old plan.
Seems you can't log back in to cancel them.. I was scared to do it figured I would have to set them all again on the new plan.
No Customer Service contact at all. Pretty rotten service. They take your money and hide behind their website, which just runs you in endless circles.

I cancelled my new Nest Aware subscription because I couldn’t get an answer about getting a refund for my old subscription that had just renewed in August. Then one day I was checking my credit card charges, and there was a refund for my old subscription. I received no email or any kind of notice beforehand. So then I went and signed up for the new service.

So, if I don't get a refund in a week or so I should cancel my new google subscription?
I'm sure you can always open another account.. just be a bother to hook up all my cams again

I canceled because I didn’t know if/when I would get a refund so I didn’t want to be out all that money. Since my old Nest Aware had just renewed I was going to let it run out for the rest of the term and then sign up for the new subscription. Then one day the refund posted on my cc. I would just give it some time and see what happens. I’m sure you’ll receive a refund like I did
