About 2 weeks ago the Home/Away assist feature stopped working & no longer recognizes when I’m home or away. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options that I have found & nothing is helping.

Since there have been some inconveniences with the Nest app not automatically updating the Home/Away Assist status, I want to let you know that this has recently been fixed. If you previously updated your Home/Away Assist settings, I recommend changing the settings back to your preferred choices, such as phone location opt-in, device response to Home/Away, and sharing phone location in the Nest app.
