I renewed the annual subscription for my Nest Aware package every year. However the features have been disabled on my account and it’s asking me to subscribe again.
I have seen this issue occurring for users countless times online, but there doesn’t seem to be an obvious fix.
Please can someone point me in the right direction? For over a year I’ve been paying for a service I’m not receiving.
