Nest Aware Plus Subscription Keeps Cancelling

My Nest Aware Plus Subscription Keeps Cancelling. I purchased 2 Nest Outdoor Cameras, a Nest Doorbell wired and a yearly Nest Aware Plus Subscription in October 2021. In November 2021 my subscription somehow cancelled. I called Nest and they apologized and refunded my card. I purchased another Nest Aware Plus Subscription in November 2021. In December 2021 my subscription cancelled again. I called Nest again and after multiple troubleshooting steps (checking my physical address in the app, checking my credit card info, etc) nothing worked. I can no longer access the Nest Aware page on

Now they've "escalated my case to a specialist for resolution" In the meantime my cameras only work for live view. NOT what I purchased these cameras for. They are clueless and here it is almost February and still not resolved. Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this?

Exact same thing happening to me. Did you get this resolved? If yes, how?

I FINALLY got someone at Google that took the time to help. I was told to re-subcribe going through the GOOGLE HOME app. Subscribing through the Nest app nor the Google store worked. I'll see if it lasts for most than 30 days but so far so good. Hope this helps.
