I had purchased Nest Aware Plus but did not realize it covered only one location. I just signed up for the second location, a condo, today, as I desperately need the history from this week because of the security situation/break-in.
Does anyone know how to get the history from this week back my location 2?
---- location 1: Home, Nest Aware Plus active (mistakenly thought it covered location 2); works great
---- location 2: Condo, Nest Aware Plus purchased today, really need footage from the last week - does anyone know how I can do this?

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but Google Nest's "Nest Aware" and "Nest Aware Plus" subscriptions cover ALL cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Wi-Fi network. Because of that, your second location on a different Wi-Fi network would NOT be covered by your subscription on your first location, and since no video history was recorded by Google Nest, Google Nest would unfortunately have no way of retrieving any past footage.
