My nest aware was renewed a few days before I moved. I tried to cancel but will not let me cancel until my next billing date, which is a year away. I tried calling the help person for Google but she said she cannot give me any kind of refund and could not transfer me to anyone who could help me. I don't mind getting a partial refund but getting nothing does not seem right.

Unfortunately, 2nd Gen Nest Aware subscriptions are non-refundable according to the terms you agreed to when subscribing. I know this isn't the news you were hoping for.
