I am very disappointed on Nest, I just received a credit card billed notification charging me $240 for my nest yearly subscription when I used to pay $140. I don’t want to renew the subscription with this price increased and I was not even asked before increasing the price and charging my credit card. I want a refund and cancel my subscription. In addition, I just read a notification that drop cam and drop cam pro, will no longer work as before from April, 2024 so I don’t understand how can nest charge me higher in advanced for 1yr and in addition worsen my service. I want a subscription refund I don’t want the service anymore with these conditions. I have 4 cameras in my home, and I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, even recommended the cameras to friends. But this situation is terrible and getting customer service has been also terrible. Since every time I try to contact service, it says all agents are busy, no chat, no call back, no customer service email, nothing. Very disappointed.

We received an email from the Google Store on Sept. 1, 2023 about the Nest Aware subscription price increase.
You could try the "Contact Us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
