Nest Aware Subscription

I’ve was on the phone with Google support trying to fix and issue with my Nest Subscription. I’m unable to connect my Nest Camera to my subscription. We were on the phone over an hour trying to fix it. Smh and still nothing worked. I just purchased on the 9 of February still unable to connect my camera. Nest sends you to Google and Google sends you back to nest whom are now Google. The migrated. What now? Help!

Oh yes it’s A Nest 1st generation. It’s was connect prior to the subscription.
