I received an email today telling me my Nest Aware subscription had been cancelled, I will receive a refund of $15.47 and I will lose all of my saved video clips; however, when I go to my account and check, my subscription is due to renew on March 14 at $150 for the year. I'm so confused. Is this Google's way of cleaning up their servers by "canceling" accounts to erase saved video clips?
