Nest Aware Subscription

I received an email today telling me my Nest Aware subscription had been cancelled, I will receive a refund of $15.47 and I will lose all of my saved video clips; however, when I go to my account and check, my subscription is due to renew on March 14 at $150 for the year.  I'm so confused.  Is this Google's way of cleaning up their servers by "canceling" accounts to erase saved video clips?

I know you're concerned about losing your saved video clips, especially considering that your account shows a renewal scheduled for March 14th at $150. I'd be happy to help!

To better investigate the inconvenience, I'd like to ask the following:

  • Which generation of Nest Aware subscription was canceled (1st or 2nd)?
  • When was the Nest Aware subscription canceled?
