I am not tech savvy. I have a Wired Nest Doorbell but I have no subscription because I just want simple doorbell coverage as we are in our 70’s and need best security. I haven’t migrated to Google. My sons, who live many miles away, want access to our camera for our protection. The information tells me to do this on the app but I can’t find it! Anyone help?

I'm not sure if you are using the Google Home App or the Nest App, but if you are using the Google Home App, open the app on your phone, You will see an icon (button) called Settings. Tap on that and open settings. At the top, you will see a setting called "Household". Tap on that and you can invite your son by email address. Unfortunately, he will be able to control any other devices that you have added to your "Home" enviroment like lights, thermostats, etc. Once he is added and accepts the invitation, he can open the Google Home app on his phone and see your devices including your cameras.
You can also do it this way...
Open the Google Home app.
The person you invite will receive an email with instructions.

If you are using the Nest app, it is much the same. Simply open the app, look for the settings icon at the top (a gear image), tap on that, look for "Family", and add a family member.
Hope this helps and good luck!
