Long story short: I had my Nest camera and Thermostat set to my "HOME" profile - had to reinstall my Nest camera and Thermostat. I uninstalled them, and tried to reinstall but it would only let me create a new profile for them - I could not put them back to my original HOME profile.
My original HOME profile had the paid Aware subscription, which now has zero products on it. My new home profile does not have the paid subscription, but both my products are on it.
How can I move the paid subscription to the new profile??? It **just** renewed a day or so ago (which is why I realized the Aware subscription was not on the new profile).
Help?

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

@MplsCustomer Hello MplsCustomer, sorry for using this thread for an off-topic question but I remember reading in the last month or one of the announcements from Google said the HOME.GOOGLE.COM was going to start showing recording camera events. Do you remember seeing this and can you tell me where it was? Maybe post a link?

All I've seen is this answer to the question: "Is Google Home for web going to support all of the same experiences as the Nest app on the web?":
"Google Home for web already has a key feature that users have asked for - the ability to live stream all your Nest cameras in one place - available as a Public Preview today to all Nest camera users that have migrated. Over time, we will continue to make updates to bring more camera and automation features to the web."
And this statement in the blog below: "Google Home for web will be available as a preview as we continue to work on improving it and adding more popular camera features."
It's not a very definite commitment.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will keep looking as I'm pretty sure I read something about it coming in July. It might have been a 9to5 post.

Maybe this is the July reference you saw:
" In July, Public Preview users of the Home app will be able to begin transferring some of our original Nest cameras to the new camera experience in the Home app, starting with first generation Nest Cam Indoor and followed by Nest Cam Outdoor."

@MplsCustomer hello and thanks for keeping this on your radar. I think you nailed it and that is indeed the release I was reading. Maybe I miss-read it but I could have sworn it said something like "Events on home.google.com would become available in July". ..... or I was dreaming it like so many other features we are still waiting for.
By the way, I would love to be able community with you privately via email if you are open to it. I'm just not sure how we can let each other know our email addresses here in the public chat

Hey everyone,
@LMorgan, you can transfer the Nest aware subscription to another Home structure unless the previous Home structure where Nest aware subscriptions were active has already been deleted and if it's a 2nd generation Nest aware subscription.
Here are the steps.
1. Open the Google Home App.
2. Select the Home structure where you want to transfer the Nest Aware.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Select Subscriptions.
5. Tap Nest Aware.
6. Select Apply.
Thanks for the help, @EmptyNester and @MplsCustomer.
Let me know if that helps.
Best,
Edmond
