I have learned that my subscription is canceled. The payment for 1 year of service cleared on 12.05.2022 to cover until 12.05.2023. My cameras do not record history

I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response here. A few questions: could you tell us which subscription (1st gen Nest Aware or 2nd gen Nest Aware) you have? Is there any issue with your payment method? Also, did you receive an email confirmation that your subscription has been canceled?
