Nest Aware subscription paid for but not working.

So, you can see your subscription here: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US and when you click on the subscription, the correct Google Nest "home" is specified? And when, in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app in that same Google Nest "home", you select Settings and then Nest Aware, the subscription appears? And when, in the Google Home app, you select a camera in that Google Nest "home" and then select History, no history appears?
If that is the case, you could go to the link below and select the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription.":

We do not have the option in the forums to make any changes to your nest aware subscription. However, here is a great link on how nest aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription.
