Nest Aware subscription

Hi,

I ordered Nest aware 3 weeks ago and still have no history option. Please help asap. I see my subscription in my profile.

What cameras do you have? Do you have a Nest Aware or a Nest Aware Plus subscription?

Does your subscription show as active here?

Are your cameras in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your subscription?

If your cameras are 1st gen cameras, do these instructions NOT work for accessing history in the Google Nest app?
