I ordered Nest aware 3 weeks ago and still have no history option. Please help asap. I see my subscription in my profile.

What cameras do you have? Do you have a Nest Aware or a Nest Aware Plus subscription?
Does your subscription show as active here?

Are your cameras in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your subscription?
