I have a 1st Gen Nest wired doorbell with a Nest aware subscription.
Also purchased and setup a 2nd Gen Nest wired doorbell, and would like to have 24/7 recording for that.
I think I need to purchase a new Nest aware plan for the 2nd gen doorbell but have a few questions.
Can a Nest rep please get back to me about this. Calling your support and going through the menus to find a number is exceedingly difficult.

A Nest Aware Plus subscription covers all 1st and 2nd gen cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account.
You should be able to get a refund on the unused portion of a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription.
