Nest Cam 1st Generation

Hello,

I haven't used my Nest 1st gen camera in about 2 years and when I try to reconnect it, it says "This Nest cam Indoor is connected to another account." I have no other account, but know there was a migration in 2023 to Google accounts. How do I remove the camera from a "previous" account and start using this just for a live video (no subscription)?

Thank you!

That "another account" is most likely your account.  Did you previously remove the camera from the Google Nest app?

When you migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account in 2023, did you start logging into the Google Nest app with the Google Account to which you had just migrated, using the "Sign on with Google" option?

Have you changed your Wi-Fi network? If so, did you you use these processes?
