Nest Gaurd Key Tag Reset

I have recently reset my nest to wear and added everything back the motion sensors and everything. I had the nest tag previously assigned to myself but since I have restarted the nest aware and you know configured everything again for a second time, the nest tag when I go to set it up says that I need to either transfer it to service or reset it. I am unsure on how to reset the keytag. If anybody could help me out that would be great . I have checked the help section in the nest where app and it does not highlight anything about the nest tag being reset I would figure it would reset when I reset the nest aware but it did not.

Thanks for reaching out. Are you using the same email you had with the Nest Tag? You won't need to set up your Nest Tag again if you are using the same email since you have not removed it. 

If you wish to remove it from your old email, add it as a family member in your account and check this article on How to disable Nest Tag or remove it from your account for detailed steps.
