Nest account not syncing

I have Google nest but it cannot view previous 30 days

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • What kind of subscription do you have?
  • Is your subscription active?
    • If so, When did you renew your subscription?
  • When did the inconvenience start?
  • Were you able to see the history in the past?
  • Is your subscription attached to the correct home structure?

In the meantime, let's check this tip:

 

  • Double-check your subscription: Ensure you're signed in to the correct account and home structure.
