My Nest Aware subscription was canceled as my card expired. This is why I couldn’t play back my videos but I can see live camera feeds. I have now re-subscribed 2 days ago now and I still can’t play back the videos. This is the only platform where I can ask the question. I can’t call or chat with Google Support. Thank you for any help.
