Nest aware camera

Camera only stores 3 hrs of activity and Google is not acknowledging my subscription

@Arreis, thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry for the delay. Let's sort this out. 

 

A few questions: What type of Nest Camera do you have? Are you signed into the Nest app or Google Home app? Also, do yo have a Nest Aware subscription?
