Nest aware not covering all cameras

Having great difficulty in adding new cameras and also the premium nest aware subscription that I subscribe to, is not covering the rest of my cameras. Only one. Very disappointed that it isn’t just plug and play. I would have thought that you would have the systems in place to detect and sync your products with the apps that you run. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly, because as it stands I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.

A Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription covers all of the Google Nest cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google account. The old 1st gen Nest Aware subscription covers just one camera.

Hi folks,
 

I’m sorry for the trouble here. Did you get a chance to check the article MplsCustomer shared above? If so, how did it go? In addition to this, have you checked your email receipt from Nest labs or Google Store if your Nest Aware subscription is attached to your Nest camera/cameras? Also, did you subscribe to the Nest Aware Base or Plus plan? There’s a possibility that you only signed up for the 1st gen Nest Aware plan (5 day, 10 day and 30 day video history). It would only cover a single camera.
