Google home app update on 9/30/22 and ever since my video playback for my nest cameras are not working. My husband's are working fine but mine will not load.
I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the application and unscribed and received with no luck. I would really like to be able to see who approached my door or back yard while I'm away from my home. Please help.
Yall shut off my previous post. There is still no fix nor was there a suggestion on how to fix this in the last post. The two links provided did nothing to help and I was unable to reply.
I'm unsure why I am paying for a subscription at this point if this is not working.
Sorry to hear you're still experiencing this. Have you tried to restart your cameras since you first noticed this? I ask as this could be Wi-Fi related, and a restart could help out. If you continue to see this, I would suggest reaching out to support to see if this is related to your Nest Aware subscription.
