Need to view my video history. There is no option for viewing full history and even the recent history won’t play the video.

Familiar faces recognition works great. But I’d like to NOT be notified of a familiar face. And only be notified of UN-familiar faces. Is this available? If not, it should be an option to avoid unwanted and unnecessary people alerts.
Videos is not complete
Why I can’t see the whole videos on my nest cameras
No video stored when doorbell pressed.
No video is stored when the doorbell is pressed. An indoor nestcam picks up the visitor doorbell announcement but when checking the history of the doorbell it is blank. It’s a battery doorbell with 52% battery left.
