Cameras recognized as both car and person seen

Both of my cameras are recognizing vehicles but also sending us notifications as a person for every car. How do we fix this and is anyone else having this problem?  It's very confusing... a car is not a person

Nest cam outdoor battery

The issue just started maybe 4-6 weeks ago

No!  Figured out it’s flies landing on camera.  Which is stupid for it to detect flies as a person
