Cuando quise pedir ayuda desde Google home con Google, me deriva a sitio genérico en Facebook y Twitter. Por qué no puedo solicitar ayuda a la empresa que le compre mis dispositivos? Hay alguna forma de contactarse con ellos para un problema que no está en sus respuestas tipo? Más allá de Google nest evidentemente. Muchas gracias
