Would like to see if I can get footage of an event that was captured on a date that is longer than 30 days even though I only have the 30 day subscription. Is there a way to get it? Even if I pay more?

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to video events. I'm sorry to inform you that there isn't currently a way to recover deleted or expired video history or snapshots, even through additional payment options.
