Hi,
i purchased a nest aware subscription and i migrated my google accounts. However i do not sew 30 days of recorded history or any videos for that matter. It says "see more with nest aware". My card was already charged a year subscription on 6/18 and I don't see any recordings in the past few days. Please help. This is frustrating.

I paid for 2 subscription of nest aware and neither one is on the right account, can't transfer or redeem, problem is I didn't put on wrong account, Google did
